You can walk in during open hours, register online through our booking system, call using the number provided or go to the contact page to secure your spot for play, tournaments, or events.
Do I need to be a member to play at The Gulag?
No, membership is optional. However, members receive benefits like discounted playtime, early tournament access, and exclusive invites.
What do I need to bring to play?
Just bring yourself! We provide all gaming equipment, but you’re welcome to bring your own controller, headset, or keyboard if you prefer.
How much does it cost to play?

Can I book a session or tournament slot in advance?
Yes, bookings can be made online via our website. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and tournament nights.
What happens if I can't make it to my booked session or tournament?
If you cancel at least 24 hours before your session, you’ll receive a full refund or credit. Missed bookings without notice are non-refundable.
